To individuals and business customers for their non-commercial use. We strive to make sure you completely satisfied with your service purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply submit the return request for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. After that, you will receive your money back (excluding shipping and postage). No questions asked!
The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply after you receive the printed or PDF version of a draft tax return. Also it does not apply after you authorize us to print or e-file a return. IRS or state taxing agency accepted the return.
To receive a refund of fees, email us with the written notice of your request for reimbursement within 10 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not 100% satisfied with any services, you may discontinue using the service prior to the completion the printed or PDF version of draft tax return within the program. We will not issue a refund of fees after you receive the printed or PDF version of draft tax return.
Price Lock Guarantee
For Online Users
We guarantee that if you complete your return using any of our online services, you will pay the product price listed for that product. Including any options you select at the time you started your return.
If we charge you more than the price listed at the time you started your return and select any options, we will reimburse you for the difference. To claim a reimbursement, send an email to Flex Tax within 30 days of receipt at email@example.com of the date you filed your return. Include a copy of the Flex Tax offer through which you registered, a paper copy of your tax return, confirmation from the IRS that your return received or e-filed. Any other pertinent data that verifies the date when you fully registered and when you printed or e-filed.
